CLIFFORD ALAN MOORE, CPA, -  Board Chairman/Treasurer

President of Riverton Economic and Community Development Association and Idea, Inc. since 1996.  Graduate of University of Wyoming with a degree in accounting in 1969.  Alan has been in public accounting for his entire career.  His CPA certificate was granted in 1972, and he purchased his father’s CPA firm in 1977.  He is the managing partner of Clifford H. Moore and Company. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Wyoming Society of CPAs.  Alan has received awards for his economic and community development efforts including the Riverton Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the year for 1999, Chamber Service award for 2000, and the Community Service award of 2001.  In 2002 he received the Small Business Administration Accounting Advocate for Wyoming’s region.  In 2006 Alan was awarded a Friend of Manufacturing  recognition by Wyoming’s Manufacturing Works organization.  Alan is happily married to Teri-Anne, his business partner.







lynne mcauliffe - Vice Chairwoman

Lynne holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership Studies from Seattle's City University.  She is currently the Dean of Workforce and Community Education for Central Wyoming College.  Lynne has served in senior executive positions for several large corporations and also teaches courses in marketing, advertising, human relations, business management, leadership and more. Recent awards include the Wyoming Woman of Distinction Award for 2013, presented by the Wyoming Council for Women's Issues and the Wyoming Business Council for her efforts in education and improving self-sufficiency for women in the workplace. In 2011, Lynne recieved the Outstanding Individual Performance Award at the Governor's Summit on Workforce Solutions, and in 2006 was honored by the same organization for Outstanding Workforce Partnership Award.  Lynne is a 5th generation family from Riverton, Wyoming and spent 20 years in the Northwest prior to returning home to raise her twins, Brendan and Kelcey.

Kevin is the CEO and Chairman of Pertech Resources Inc., a Wyoming company that designs, develops, and manufactures printing and transaction devices.  It was formed in 2003 via an aggressive buy-out with the assistance of multiple economic development entities.  Kevin has been with the company since 1995 and has over 30 years of engineering and management experience in the aerospace, medical, and financial industries.  Kevin is the central Wyoming regional director for Manufacturing Works, the Manufacturing Extension Partnership in Wyoming.  He serves on several boards including the Wyoming Economic Development Association (WEDA).  He has received the entrepreneur award for central Wyoming, 40 under forty award, and several other achievement awards associated with business and economic development.    Manufacturing-Works contracts with IDEA Inc, (The economic development organization for Riverton) to provide an Economic Development Director for Riverton.  As the Economic development Director Kevin has written several grants and manages Economic Development projects for local manufacturers to provide added infrastructure and new facilities.

George Piplica


George Piplica grew up in Lander, Wyoming.  George is married to Susie and has three children.  He moved to Riverton in 1984, where he owned Fremont Vending & Amusement.  In 1996, he sold the vending business and began his real estate career with Century 21.  Later, in 2000, he became a broker and opened Home Source Realty, Inc., which is the largest transaction real estate office in Fremont County.  Current involvement in various community organizations include:  Fremont County Board of Realtors, First Interstate Bank Advisory Board, IDEA Inc. Board, and Riverton Sertoma Board.

Kyle Butterfield

Kyle J. Butterfield was appointed by the Governing Body as Riverton’s City Administrator on August 2, 2022.  He began his career in local government in 2005 with the Engineering Division of West Valley City, Utah.  Kyle then joined the Public Works Department of the City of Cottonwood Heights, Utah in 2010.  He began his service to the City of Riverton in 2014 as the Public Works Director and Airport Manager for Central Wyoming Regional Airport.  Kyle received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah.

Originally from Riverton, Utah, Kyle is proud to call Riverton, Wyoming home.  He is a graduate of Leadership Fremont County, serves on the Board of Directors for Community Entry Services, and was twice selected as President of the Riverton Rotary Club.  Kyle is a member of the Fremont Air Service Team (FAST), serves on the board of the Wyoming Airports Coalition, and belongs to IDEA, Inc., Riverton's economic development association.  As a member of FAST, he received the 2017 Community Service Award from the Riverton Chamber of Commerce and 2021 Innovation Award from the Wyoming Economic Development Association.  Kyle was selected for the 40 under 40 Awards by the Wyoming Business Report and received the Distinguished Service Award from the Riverton Rotary Club.

   

GARTH YEATES


After graduating from Bonners Ferry High School, in Bonners Ferry Idaho Garth completed   a Bachelors Science degree in Accounting from Idaho State University in Pocatello, ID. He is the President of Yeates’ Construction which he founded in 1975, and also the President of Gyphaul Transport which he founded in 1996.  Since 2006 he has been the Vice President and co-owner of Riverton Hospitality dba Comfort Inn.   During his 40+ years in Riverton he has embodied community service and development.  He was a co-founder of the Riverton USA Wrestling Club in 1975, a Little League Coach from 1977-1981 yielding a state-runner up team in 1979 and a State Championship team in 1980.  He is a Chamber member in Riverton and Dubois, a past President of the Reach Foundation club, a Vice Chairman for the Riverton Planning Commission, and a member of the Board of Directors for the University of Wyoming Cowboy Joe Club.  He married Bobbie Yeates in 1974. They have 6 children and 12 grandchildren.







JENNI WILDCAT 

Jenni Wildcat is the Secretarial Procedures Regulator for the Northern Arapaho Tribe.  She grew up in Crowheart, WY and graduated from Wind River High School.  Jenni received her AA in Tribal Management and her BS in Business Administration from Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, KS.  She serves on multiple committees and boards including Fremont County School District #25 Board, the Wyoming Gaming Commission, the Boys and Girls Club planning committee, the Fremont County Alliance Board of Directors, City of Riverton Solutions Committee, the National Indian Gaming Association Board of Directors, the Northern Arapaho Tribe Education Committee, and is an alumni of Leadership Wyoming Class of 2012.  In her free time, she coaches Special Olympics basketball and softball, works with Embracing Our Elders committee, and likes to hunt, travel and volunteer.  She is married to Jacob and they have four daughters.
